By registering for or playing Darkastral you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Account

• You must provide a valid email address when registering; account recovery and security notifications are sent to it.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Do not share, sell or transfer your account.
• Usernames may not contain insults, hate speech, impersonation or misleading terms.

Game rules

• Cheats, bots, auto-clickers, deliberately exploiting bugs and any attempt to harm the server are prohibited.
• Be respectful to other players in chat and messages; harassment, threats, hate speech, spam and sharing personal information are prohibited.
• Breaking the rules may lead to a warning, or a temporary or permanent account suspension.

Virtual content and Quartz

• Credits, Quartz, ships, items and other in-game content are virtual content provided for use in the game only; they have no real-money value and cannot be transferred outside the game.
• Quartz is digital content delivered to your account immediately after the purchase is confirmed. With the consent you give during purchase, the right of withdrawal ends upon delivery under the applicable regulations.
• If you have a problem with a payment, write to the support address with your order number.

Changes to the service

The game is under active development. Balance, content, maps and features may change, be updated or be removed over time. The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Significant changes are announced on the site; continuing to use the game after an update means you accept the new terms.
